easy fajitas

Chicken fajitas. Bacon cooked in cast iron and then sauté onions, red peppers and pablanos in the rendered grease. Added hickory smoked chicken and Chipotle sauce and crumbled bacon. The bacon was homemade.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Nicely done! That looks great. The wife doesn't like fajitas, but I think one night when she isn't home for the prep I will make them and put her in front of her and see how it goes.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Our new favorite is to use the leftover spatchcock chicken for fajitas with just a store bought mix for some extra flavoring. Great flavor from the spatchcock, and that is the plan tonight. May have to follow henapple's lead and try some bacon and chipotle with them.
