Chicken breasts. Simple. No pics.

With the new year comes a closer focus on eating healthier. Helped by the local grocer offering a buy two get three free packs of chicken breast, I decided to build some easy chicken tacos.

Pounded the breasts evenly and lightly seasoned with some weird BBQ spice. Grilled lower direct at 400* with whatever wood I has in there from the last cook. Great grill marks from the CGW two tier carbon steel grate. Rested for five minutes.

Simple. Amazing.

... And my first time doing breasts on the BGE. Another 15 pounds in the fridge to go, it won't be the last.
