1ST TIME USE OF XLBGE BY NEWBIE_PORK TENDERLOIN
Got my new XL Friday and smoked 2 Pork Tenderloins Saturday. This is too easy (ssshhh dont tell my wife) !! I have a flat, 20 brats, small ham, and some stuffed jalapenos going on tomorrow afternoon.
I love my BGE !!!!

Welcome aboard. And you are right about don't tell SWMBO. The ease of the egg just freed up some time for you. But just like everything else, that will becomes hers if she is aware of it.
While you are cooking on the egg if you can't think of anything else to help you look busy just get on here and read and contribute in the name of "looking up how to best cook the (insert whatever is on the grill here)".
