Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Should we do another egghead weightloss competition?

Thoughts? Could try and do prizes again

Might be interested. I lost 50 lbs last year and need to lose about 50 more. I go low carb so that works with the egg.

  • I would be interested in competing as I am a lover of all things food and need to learn portion control.  That, and to stop drinking multiple 300+ calorie beers in a night...

  • I might get in on this.  A little peer pressure always helps.  I need to drop about 20 lbs that I've gained while I've hibernated.

I've been vacillating, but I could probably use the help as well. Remind me what the guidelines are?

I'd be in.  I lost 35 from July to now and need to do 35 more.  The first 15 are the easiest though so I don't expect to be the big winner.  Got any details?

  • Goes for 12 weeks, must send pictures (clothed) to me prior to start with pictures of you, news paper of the day it was taken, and your scale weight. Highest percentage of weight looses.
