I'm hosting a NYE party for 20 people and I'm thinking about doing a big chicken. Any recommended techniques/recipes? Thanks for all the help.

If you want to serve chicken I would suggest parts if your going to try and serve twenty people. From a whole chicken you will end up with two legs, thighs, wings and breasts. You can cut the breast in halves but that sill only gives you ten pieces. You could do a bunch of wings or drumsticks are easy to eat and handle. Add a couple of dipping sauces and voila your a hero. How about a couple of turkeys. Sorry, didn't see cooking other.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
