Glazed Chops and Mashed Cauliflower & Garlic

Fairly simple cook. I intended on an entire egg meal but had a stupid moment and didn't check to see if my veggie basket would fit in the small with the woo. Your gonna say take the woo out but the lump was filled to top of fire ring so not an option. Cauliflower got heated in the micro and then into the food processor with Parmesan cheese,a little cream cheese, minced garlic,salt and pepper This was surprising very good. The chops got rubbed with Loveless Cafe Peach rub, cooked at 450* raised until 110 and I started the glaze. I used a peach/jalapeño jelly that a friend had given us. Glazed flipped, glazed other side flipped at 7mins and keep flipping till 145IT. On the egg image On the plate image Thanks for looking.
