Had family in town and did this cook combining several favorites from previous cooks into a meal. One of the things I love about the BGE is that it is both forgiving and predictable...it never lets me down when I have an important cook and need to come through. Dinner was nice and served with a nice bottle of Amarone.

@jfm0830 Yes, I did a reverse sear; did indirect at 400 dome until about 105 IT then finished up direct on a grate below felt line.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
