Stoker Wifi setup

Does anyone know how to set up the stoker wifi? In English would help not techno talk. Has anyone done a video about this?

Not trying to be a smart a$$ but have you read the instructions? I just followed them and it worked. PDF version is on Rock's BBQ site.

I have the same question. I read manual in it entirety at work today. I come home login into my router to get my network setting. I plug network cable into router and back to the stoker. Go to menu network IP address. Get my IP address. I use my ipad go to the ip adress. Go to the wifi.html page. I try all different settings. Each time turn off stoker bad going thru boot up. Wifi failed Ethernet cable on. Repeat process. Still no luck. Now when I turn on stoker booting up ... Please wait... Main control. Goto network ip. It dose not assign IP address. I do not know what to. I try mess with ip nothing. Any advice would be most helpful. I tried to call rock but get answering machine. I thought be open in am cst time thei pacific. 3 hour difference. After playing around I found a clear DB. I do not know if that did but I got the connection cable back again. So now the wifi setup.

You must first connect your unit to your network via ethernet, obtain the IP addy and then configure it for WiFi via

http://ip addy of your stoker/wifi.html

This is in section 7 of the manual. Good luck

i had a problem when i first set it up (lousy network). Called rocks barbecue during business hours. They were very helpful.

since then finally got cable & a strong network & it works great.

I have followed the directions found the IP address but computer still says it can't locate. Have checked and rechecked everything and I give up! I called Rocks and left message.

Update! I suck at computers! I have a new ASUS router and everything is working fine my Dell just won't find the IP address I type in the URL. The clock is right not blinking 12:00, thank god for auto set.

I go to "Run" and ping the device (first image where I pinged Google). If it's there, it will display the to and from speed (second image)

I have a Asus 66 router does anyone have this same router and what setting do I need to set to get my stoker to work.
