Turkey help!

Xmas turkey is done and it looks and smell wicked!!!! 

Only concern is that its a 15lb bird and was done in 3 hours at approx 340-350 deg does this seem ok? Sees quick,should she go in oven for a bit??
Thermapen says 160-165 breast and thigh about 170-175 in places.

    NO or it will be dry. Now if you are talking an oven at 200 then ok.

    Same here - done a lot quicker than expected.  13 pounder at 350 done in a little over 2 1/2 hours.  Wrapped in foil while everything else cooks.  Looks and smells great.  Temp probes calibrated before the cook.  Guess we'll be eating early.

    Figured a 15 lber would take about 3.5 to 4hrs but guess not.Mad maxes 21lber took 7 hrs!!!

    Oh well its perfect...tastes really good ...best yet!!!:)

    I did a 20 pounder today in 4 hours, I thought that was quick, I was a 350 dome, I did brine for 48 hours

    Oh, and in regards to your bird...when it's done, its done.  Cook to temp, not time.
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

    Pan?? Just a $30.00 roaster from Canadian tire it's not an all clad or anything. Did it job tho:)
