    I just got a pair of oven mitts and an injector from my son that's serving in the USAF. Can't wait until I can egg something good for them in February.

    He's an X-ray tech. He does X-ray and ct's and such in the hospital. Not sure the AFSC. I was an 81150, Security specialist.

    Here's mine. While not BBQ related, the baguette pan and malt barley syrup will be used on the egg. Well the malt barley syrup will be in the bagels that will be on the egg.

    The PS woo3 and drip pan were installed in the Egg at 5am this morning and they look great. Is it time to put the ham on yet? Dang, 4 more hours.

    Love the woo for reverse sear. I put a small webber grate (maybe 9" I think) under woo. Cook steaks indirectly then pull off woo plate setter in one shot set aside and the Lil webber grate stays behind. Works great. Good luck and congrats

    I got a sous vide supreme and a vacuum sealer!! I gave my brother a pswoo3, a stone, a drip pan, a high que fire grate, and a digi-q!! He has owned his large egg for 3 years and still hasn't learned to use it. So over the next week we are doing a turkey(today), some steaks, some burgers, spatchcock chicken and I'm going to teach him some appetizers.

    Well santa was good to me I got A-Maze-N-smoker, every flavor wood smokin pellets 2 smokewear stainless caps a bunch of dizzy pig rubs so I guess bacon will be made soon as well as some Lox I cant wait to play with my new toys
