I wish you all a safe and happy Christmas with your families and friends. I hope that everything egged turns out better than expected and that Santa gets you all of the egg related gifts you are hoping for, plus that you have good weather and great health to enjoy them all...
Just got back from Wegmans and I think my shopping is finally done! Ribs are prepped for egging tomorrow, going with peach for smoke and finishing them with some Sweet Baby Ray's Cola Q sauce.
Now it may be time to pour a few fingers of Sailor Jerry, Woodford, or Jameson... haven't decided

Merry Christmas hapster! We just returned for your neck of the woods sat. Whew. 13 hrs up thurs, 13 hrs down sat. Went to three stores and couldn't find my Middlesworth potato chips. My little one got to see snow though!!

Here are the ribs prepped and ready for tomorrow. Rubbed with DP Swamp Venom and Bad Byron's. The Cola Q sauce complements the heat in those rubs pretty well...

I have two... the PSWoo3 & extender and I also have a swinging grate extender that I got as part of a group buy on here. For this cook though I'll probably just go with one level and lay them flat side by side

The standing rib roast has been hanging out for the last 7 days and will go on the Egg tomorrow for dinner. WOW you are able to kill two birds with one stone. IC is where I ordered my cigars from. And well any time there is a Bass Pro Shop close by, I have to stop and check it out.
