We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Cooking...

First...

I wish you all a safe and happy Christmas with your families and friends. I hope that everything egged turns out better than expected and that Santa gets you all of the egg related gifts you are hoping for, plus that you have good weather and great health to enjoy them all...

Just got back from Wegmans and I think my shopping is finally done! Ribs are prepped for egging tomorrow, going with peach for smoke and finishing them with some Sweet Baby Ray's Cola Q sauce.

Now it may be time to pour a few fingers of Sailor Jerry, Woodford, or Jameson... haven't decided :)
