    Can't post a pic cause I'm on my phone but I did 4 shoulders on the felt level for a total of 44 pounds and an 11 pound brisket above them. Probably could have put another brisket up top as well.

  • 6 1/2 racks of ribs and even had room for ABT's (not in pic) later on my AR.

    I've only had my XL with AR for a couple months but on my old large with AR I was able to do 8 racks of ribs.  I'm looking forward to seeing if I can get to 12 racks on the XL.

    @mayberry - lol, you have a point. Yes sir, I spackcock a 20lb turkey and cook it on the mini!
