I am wanting to make summer sausage out of venison or pork/beef. Anyone have a good recipe and technique?

I can't help you with the sausage, but it's great to see another Terp.

Somebody on the other forum did scratch summer sausage a few years ago. Looked around for a bit but couldn't find it. Looked really good though.

Hopefully this is a changing point for MD football. My only fear is we are in for a rough few years in the new conference. But hopefully this will draw in some more top recruits. Time will tell. Let's go Terps.

Lived all over MD, from the mountains to the shore and in between. Now in VA. Hoping for a slicer for Christmas. Longing for some Baltimore pit beef. I think Randy is more of a BIG "style" of coach so, hopefully we will be ok. New egg in Nov. Easy to cook the more southern pulled pork but, need that slicer for some B-more pit.

I hope they dump Edsall ultimately. If only because of the way he threw the team under the bus after his first year. Next season will be telling as his recruits are now upperclassmen.
I'm more of a basketball guy and am sincerely saddened we'll never see ACC in front of the free throw line ever again. All because of money.

fear there will still be issues since they can't even lock down local talent. -
