I bought a Harrington's Ham for this year's Xmas, may have to modify this a bit and cook the greens (kale for me!) and HH in broth on the Egg; sounds tasty!_____________

Trader Joe's in our area carries packaged mixed greens (mustard, spinach, turnips, collards) This makes it very easy, I just put in two bags of the greens to the liquid that I boiled the ham hocks in, add my seasonings then the meat from the hocks then cook until the greens are tender
