weekend cooks: 1) pizza 2) beef short ribs (PIC HEAVY)

Quick post since I took lots of pictures this weekend. I did a caramelized onion / sausage / basil Pizza on FRI and then made Short Ribs on SUN. The short ribs are a repeat for me that I got from griffin's blog awhile back - topped over mashed cauliflower - good stuff. Thanks for looking!

I love cauliflower purée. I caramelize mine in the oven for awhile to add color and flavor. Sounds like something to try on the egg.
