Best I've done. I think I've been over cooking them. The 3 tonight were spot on.

I'm off or at least not traveling for a while. I've enjoyed working on the egg. Fine tuning a lot of stuff.

So jealous of your output lately @henapple. Very nicely done.

That looks REALLY, REALLY good!!! Wish I could even dream of having that much cheese. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to make a palatable NO cheese pizza! Sigh...............

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Add some nutritional yeast. It gives some cheesy flavor similar to parmesean. Daiya substitute melts pretty well. (my mom is vegan)

Thanks. I've never heard of nutritional yeast and I've been told that daiya is absolutely awful! LOL! But I can't eat much cheese so I guess I'll have to try it. Or just give it up completely. Or listen to the folks who claim sat fat is actually GOOD for you.

Did this last weekend. Home-made dough (Emeril Lagassi's recipe in the food processor) . Dome at 500. Kids are always asking for it.

Just pulled earlier. I let the dough set for 2 days in the fridge. Seems to give the dough a deeper taste...I always do that though. On my meat and veggies pizzas I've started putting the toppings on top. Much better.

You should always put "toppings" on top of the dough. No wonder the bottom of your crust was browning.  :D
