Ding, Ding...brisket, round 2

Smoking another since I got none of the one smoked last week. Hopefully will turn out the same. Is there any recipes for Au Jus to be made from the pan beneath. I usually add water. I know I don't have to but I do.

Visited Costco today. Their pork is slightly more expensive but the brisket was double. It's a hour away so for now I'll stick with Sam's. 18 degrees tonight.
