Stuffed Mushrooms

I got home last night and the wife was in the process of making mushrooms stuffed with crabcake. Silly gal had the oven on. After about 40 minutes at 325-350 in a tin on the small egg with a left over sugar maple chunk, we ate the best stuffed mushrooms we've ever had. Next time I'll use less smoke though.[p]Looking forward to meeting everyone at Eggtoberfest![p]AndyR
