Not a real one. Just a Circulon one I bought before the Egg to use on a gas range. Now I have an electric cooktop and hate it. Just piped the range for gas. I guess it might work on the Egg but it has a handle. Any suggestions?

I just love snapper fried like they do in the Caribbean. You could wrap the handle with loose foil, wouldn't be exposed for long. Grilled is awesome too.

It turned out to be sweet and moist. Finished it with a hoisin sauce and the slaw with some home made bread (I'll try that in the Egg next time) and a bottle of new-style chablis to swill it all down
