wow the links look great what temp did you smoke at and for how long ?2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.

Not sure of the temp because I cooked these in my Soul Bucket...these cooked about 1 1/2 hours....I did them along with the Pork Tenderloins and the Tenderloins cooked about 30 min

My Soul Bucket is my 55 gal drum...the other is my 24" x 48" offset cooker.....I also have two other cookers and grills at our office...I use them all in addition to my XL Egg
