<p />This is my great nephew Nick, he is six. He wanted to help out at Eggtoberfest this year, so we gave him the task of rolling out dough and cutting biscuits for one of our dishes. We thought he would help for 30 mintues or so and then get bored, but THREE hours later, he was still going strong and having a great time. It's great to see the next generation of Eggers growing up right before your eyes.

I am Nick's mom. He has a 4 year old brother who loves to egg also, so next time we will be able to wash lettuce and make biscuits... :cheer:
