2 1/4" bone in ribeye and mashed potatoes. The wife had a 6" fillet that I didn't think needed to photographed. There's no wonder I'm fat

Is there a plate hiding under that steak?? Caveman!! Looks awesome...my favorite cut.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

It was slightly overlooked I pulled the wife's steak an took it in an was mashing the taters when I realizes that I had left the top up on the egghead been like that for a few minutes so but it was still wonderful. That is one of my favorite cuts as well but around here the only thing we have that passes for a butcher shop is the meat house which is a chain and the guys that work in there do not like to cut stuff to order they just want to reach in the case and grab one of the ones that have already been cut
