1st time Turkey Breast

Hey Folks - Was out of town for Thanksgiving & really wanted to try a bird on the Egg. I grabbed a small (~4 LB) breast & brined it overnight. It is currently air chilling in the fridge. Want to eat it for dinner. I read a handful of posts and got lots of different feedback. Planning to go indirect @ 300ish. Use cherry/apple or no? Is 300 the right temp, or go lower? Don't want the cook to go past 2 hours.

I cook turkey breast at 350-400 indirect with about 1/2 handful of cherry chips.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

My 15lb whole turkey cooked in 3 hrs. I was at 325°. It cooked faster than I planned.

I smoked a turkey breast on Thanksgiving.I did indirect at 325-350 and used two handfuls of pecan and apple chips right before the breast went on.It took about two hours to cook to temperature.It was awesome.BGE in the ATX
