1st time Turkey Breast

Hey Folks - Was out of town for Thanksgiving & really wanted to try a bird on the Egg.  I grabbed a small (~4 LB) breast & brined it overnight.  It is currently air chilling in the fridge.  Want to eat it for dinner.  I read a handful of posts and got lots of different feedback.  Planning to go indirect @ 300ish.  Use cherry/apple or no?  Is 300 the right temp, or go lower?  Don't want the cook to go past 2 hours.
