First time Butt on the BGE

Options
Did a low and slow on a 6 lb butt. Rubbed with spicy mustard and injected with some apple juice then coated in Down and Dizzy let set in the fridge for 14-16 hours. Got the egg holding 250-275 and put the butt on for about 10 hours. Cooked until the temp was 203 and pulled it off wrapped in foil then a towel and in the cooler it went for and hour. It turned out well. Served it with green beans and made some loaded potato skins.
