My little chuck roast

Doing a small chuck roast because it's just better than the baked chicken my wife was threatening to cook tonight. I've scoured the internet for recipes and am kinda going rouge here. Hopefully it won't suck.

Well that was fun. I'm really enjoying this Dutch oven. I basically let it ride between 250-350. Plenty of beef broth water and a little red wine at the end. Oh and 4 onions. It turned out better than I expected. Everyone loved it, even my wife who hates roast!Slumming it in Aiken, SC.
