Pre Marinated Pork Loin

Gang,[p]I tried one of those pre-marinated pork loins from Publix. I got the (onion and garlic). Anyway, put some Mary's Cherry Rub, which is also AWESOME! And it could have been one of the best loins I've ever done. Point is, if you are in a bind and don't have time to Marinate, try one of these. They are pretty darn good!

locolongball,[p]I buy them from Sam's and use a little guava and applewood for smoke. They're always a hit.

locolongball,[p]Sounds like it turned out great. I did one a couple of days ago with nothing but yellow mustard and Mary's Cherry Rub...it was awesome. Tonight I'm doing Ribeye steaks crusted in salt and Dr. BBQ's Pepper Blend as well as Mary's Cherry pork chops.[p]Chris

Snoopy Dog Dog,[p]Quick idea i tried last night, oh uncle of mine...Mary's Cherry rub on shrimp is about the best thing I ever eggsperienced. I also did a skewer of shrimp with the Dr BBQ Pepper Blend you left us. Perhaps you did not clarify (or perhaps "in one ear, out the other") how d*mn hot that stuff is...WOW!!! Made the ABT's seem like tic-tacs LOL. I told my buddy to "pick a spice, any spice"...a game we both know and love, and that was his. Next time, when that stuff comes out of the cabinet, I will more closely monitor its application...GREAT STUFF. Thanks again Chris!![p]Joey
