My recipe came from Adam Perry Lang's book, Serious Barbecue. 24 hour brine, coat with canola oil, and put on the grill at 275. Right before it finishes, he says to put the rub on. We'll see how it turns out...

23.5# brined for 18 hours, mad max rub, stuffed with herbs and veggies, sitting over a pan of wine, herbs and veggies, went on the LBGE about 45 minutes ago. Should be full of deliciousness. The other one is seasoned and spatched to go on around 12:30.

Mad max, breast only, upside down so I can hold in the stuff.

I normally do an adobo marinade, but not this time. Maybe for x-mas.

Hey, 'Turkey on' means drink in hand is ok, right?
