About once a month.____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

At least once a month year around. For them to be healthy for you you eat all the odd numbered ribs first and then the even numbered one...works for me!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

Easily once a month. Just put some BBs on a couple hours ago as a matter of fact. Nothing better on a cold dreary fall Saturday than drinking Shiner, watching college football and cooking ribs on the Egg!

I've had my Egg for 5 months and have cooked spare ribs (trimmed into St. Louis cut) twice and baby back ribs once. So 3 times in 5 months. I've cooked briskets twice and a pork butt once. Those are the only low and slows I've done but the last brisket and last ribs I've done were excellent so I think I'm getting the hang of it. Of course the fact that the last brisket and last ribs I've done were the first using the Stoker BBQ controller might have had something to do with it.

Probably 8 times a year, get takeout from Dickey's once or twice other then that.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I made some tonight. Untrimmed spares, 325ish, indirect, about 2.5hrs, cherry chunks for as smoke No plated shots, not worth starting another thread for. At least now this ribs thread has some ribs in it, so it did happen!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
