Oven is broken. Anyone have any good egg bake stories or recipes to share? Having company over on Sunday for Packer vs. Vikings game.
Large, Medium, Mini, and Mini Max, a few too many accessories, 2 kids, 1 dog, and original wife. Lover of winter, powdery snow, and lots of golf.

I bake Chickens quite often on my LBGE I set the egg up with the plate setter legs up 350 degrees until the breast meat reaches 165 degrees and the chicken comes out INSANE

I you can do it in the oven you can use your egg! Pepper Stout Beef is a great crowd pleaser, chili, roasts, chicken baked goods, etc. Do not limit yourself and you will amaze your guests as you are pulling items off the egg.DavidBBQ since 2010 - Oh my, what I was missing.
