I do have a small humidor, might hold about 30 sticks and a travel one that my wife's cousins always joke looks like it should be chained to my wrist with the launch codes...

I'll try to get a pic and post it either later tonight or tomorrow.

I use a wine cooler... That doesn't work. Seals tight. Use some heartfelt beads with distilled water to regulate.

    Some more pics...

    Dinner and after dinner.
**** week and day so far; today made the 4th guy I've had to fire from my team in the past year. Getting a little tired of the BS, at least so far it's been addition by subtraction. Today's drama was a little scary since I wasn't really sure how this guy was going to react. All worked out in the end; all assets returned undamaged and no one got hurt. I did hug my family a little tighter though when I got home :)

Sorry for your day and the past year. Always a bad day when you have to let them go. Stress of wondering how they will react is always bad. But like u said you got your family to make it right. And the egg is a good chill area. And as usual your meal looks great. Have a great evening.

    True...

Thanks. About to call it a night and turn the page on this one. As long as I wake up on the right side of the grass; I should be doing okay ;)

  • Never good having to let someone go.  I find that keeping a "I shoot first and ask ?'s later" thing on my desk helps to temper anyone's bad reactions to me when I have to deliver bad news. It also helps that I keep a pretty good distance between my work life and personal life. I haven't shot a gun at anything but clays and targets in probably 4 years.

Nice looking cook as always Hap, hope the week gets better heading into the holiday.

    Don't mind at all...

Hapster - How do you make the LB come out good.  It is usually a tough piece of meat.  Just season it and throw it on a hot egg?

Pretty much... I do it for about 6 min, turn, 6min, flip and repeat. Then I just go in 3min intervals, flipping. and check the temp. I usually take it off when it's about 135 and then let it rest for about 15 min
