Office thankgiving lunch. Smoked meatloaf

I ground up 6.5 pounds of chuck roast last night then mixed in a pound of sage sausage and a pound of hot sausage. Then added potato bread, alt, pepper, homemade ketchup, apple cider vinegar, sauted onion and garlic, and half and half. Formed them this morning and threw them on the egg at 350 with persimmon for smoke. Took around an hour to get to 160-165. Was running late so I foiled them and threw them in the crock pot to slice later. I'm guessing about 2 of them disappeared while I was slicing them at the office. We had ham from anothe remployee smoked on the BGE and 2 turkeys were fried in the parking lot. About to head to the car for a napimage.image.image.image
