Salmon and Shrimp

Had my egg for 2 years now and it just keeps amazing me. This is the first time I've cooked salmon and it turned out incredible.

Cooked direct @400. Brushed with olive oil and a dusting of Chef Paul's seasoning. The shrimp were brushed with olive oil and Tsunami Spin.

Threw on some stuffed mushrooms and lemons cause I had the room.
