Monday Dinner - Leftovers

One of the reasons I love the egg...
Cooking enough in one shot to have great tasting leftovers! Doing a favorite from my childhood tonight, hot open faced turkey sandwiches... Sliced up the rest of the peach smoked turkey breast from yesterday, heating up my homemade gravy that I made from drippings (best I've ever made) and it's all going over some squishy white bread
My wife and daughter even picked up a small cake and vanilla ice cream...
Not bad for a Monday night! Life is good!
