I'm cooking for a group of 15 kids and 20-30 adults. I am planning pig shots for the adults, but what about for the kids (two if whom ate vegetarians)?

Ate vegetarians? They shouldn't be hungry due to the fiber content.

Slice and pound out some chicken breasts and marinate in teriyaki and a bit of sweet chili sauce. Skewer and grill.

If they are the vegetarians who eat cheese, I go the route of Dates pull the pit out and stuff with Goat Cheese and and almond.Been a pretty big hit at my house.
