Publix finally had some decent looking pork chops. Done with Stubb's Pork Rub, raised, direct on the MBGE at 400+ until the internal was in the 130's. Rub was good, but not as strong as I thought it would be based on a dry taste.
The salad was a strong 50% of this meal, and I did not get decent pics. I am a green olive and feta cheese addict.
