ABT Suggestion: Ro Tel

I have been reading a lot of posts for ABTs and they have me very excited to try a number of them.  However, I haven't ran across any (yet) made with Ro Tel.  I mix a brick of cream cheese with a can of Ro Tel (strained) and that's it. So Good!

    Welcome aboard-and WRT ABT's it's anything you choose.  I will have to give the Ro Tel a go.  I have many recipes that use Ro Tel.  I usually use habanero pepper cheese and chorizo to keep it "warm" with the ABT's.  Thanks for the suggestion and enjoy the journey.

    Made some the other night with cream cheese, rotell, chorizo, and some bbq rub. They were soooooo good. I will definately try the pepper cheese the next time I make them, which will no doubt be soon.
