Tonights dinner - Salmon, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes

Busy day today, got the yard totally winterized.  Roasted Brussels sprouts in a small dutch oven, a couple of sweet potatoes (started in the microwave) and 2 salmon fillets.  Plenty of room on the XL!  Note Salmon is not as big as it looks.  

PS.  Lousy photo quality with the iPhone.  Anyone who says phones will replace real cameras has not used a real camera!
