Polenta Chili Casserole

I had left over venison chili (with beans).

Ok I stole this from @griffin and I'm glad I did. Only thing I did different was make it on the egg and I forgot to put cheese on top the polenta.

I did go indirect at 325 and tossed in some pecan as well.

Stuff was awesome and simple, after the first bite I needed a moment. 

Yes @griffin stares at ducks all day long while he smokes, and god knows what he is doing to our water but damn the guy thinks outside the box on cooking.
