I've been up for 35 home but had to cook. Of course I didnt pick something easy. Chicken pot pie.

Don't thicken the filling too will cook more when crusted.
I had to brown the top with the broiler...even draped with hdaf it wouldn't brown to where i thought it should
Homemade crust is awesome... I'll never buy store bought again. Quick and easy.
Going from scratch this is not a quick cook
Tired as hell cooking on the egg is worth it. A little Cholula hot sauce and this was a great meal. Will do again.
I'll experiment with other ingredients...mushrooms for sure.
