    Usually in packs of 2.  When we smoke them I buy them in boxes of eight.

    IMO more flavor.  Of course more meat.  Marinated in teriyaki and then smoked they are delicious.

    2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIAN

    Looks egglicious.  my favorite part of turkey or chicken is the thigh.  I sometimes stuff the turkey ones.

  • @DocEggerton at what temp did you smoke the thighs and to what internal temp ?
    Marinate well in Yoshida's Teriyaki.  Use a good amount of mesquite chunks.  Smoke (indirect of course) at 250 for 2 - 3 hours until the internal is 180.  Stripped and bagged these freeze well and are a staple lunch for us.
