Fresh Bread and Stuffed Pork Loin - Pic Heavy

DMWDMW Posts: 9,345
The post by Capt7383 finally inspired me to do a stuffed pork loin. Went on right when the bread came off. Sitting here by the egg enjoying a wonderful aroma. Used raging river for the rub, provolone cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, minced garlic, wrapped in a bacon weave. Did the chops on the end like @Capt7383 did.

Love the dessert and so will the Grands. I'm guessing that is a pepper holder?

The s'mores in a cone were posted on the BGE site, might still be there. Put a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow in a sugar cone and put them in a pepper rack. Indirect 375*-400* for 10-15 min til browned.

Pretty close, I used the cheeses we had, and left out the peppers, but other than that the same.

Thanks.  My niece and nephew love my bbq,  and they love s'mores.  They're  going to flip when I make these.

An afternoon of football, NASCAR, and food prep... I'm in no condition to explain. :D

Here's a Youtube video that has a pretty good explanation of how to do what I called a spiral cut.

    Enjoy!

Thanks for posting this, I am feeding 40 people in July and will be serving stuffed pork loin, The butcher at my local SAM's would not do this for me so the ones I have done have just been butterflied, They have all turned out great but this looks like the way to do this.

    Oh and that Bread!!! WOW!
