Decided to give tandoori chicken a whirl tonight cause I haven't had it on the egg yet.It was damn tasty too!!!
I used some mesquite wood to just because I saw Dave Matthews used it on his and he knows Tandoori from what i've read:)

Thanks, the flavor was unreal.I used a tandoori blend that I get from a small shop in montreal called epice de cru they have awesome spices very fresh.caliking said:Fantastic. The Kashmiri chili powder is mild too but it has an awful aftertaste IMHO. I'll look for Kaddi.
