We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Small turkey breast on the small

48 oz boneless turkey breast brined for about 6 hours. On the small @ 350 with peach for smoke. Fried cabbage, mashed taters, and butter beans all done on the big clock for sides. Innis & Gunn for hydration. This turkey was great and and oh so moist. Oh yeah, I used BGE Pecan rub for flavor on the turkey and butter beans.
