First off.... thanks to @GATraveller for posting his Santa Maria Tri Tip recipe earlier this week here.
I had just bought my first tri tip and was unsure of how to prepare it.
I thought his recipe looked great so I gave it a whirl. I made up his
dry rub and put on the egg indirect at 350 for about an hour. I pulled
at 125 and seared. Here it is...
