If I hadn't made prior plans (didn't start ceramic cooking til after these plans were made) I'd have been there. Next year....seriously, I'm 3mi from the site.

@Skiddy the explosion was a center cut pork loin opened into three leafs interior season with a variation of Mickey's coffee rub then layer of cranberry orange chutney rolled up and then covered in applewood smoked bacon. I was cooked indirect on the mini till IT read 135, sliced and put back on the mini glazed with remaining chutney and seasoned with Cowboy Bovine.
