Smoked trout?

Anybody ever smoked trout on their egg? If so, how?

    Yup I have many times . whole fish  2 hours at 225 - I generally use maple or pecan .
    I stuff the fish with onion and green pepper . Some people like the fresh lemon in there but i dont .

    oil and salt and pepper on the fish and that's it.
    I do flip the fish midway and also brush the little dudes with agave and salt to give it a bit of a sweet flavor .
    I wish I had a pic because they always look great but i am at the office so just take my word for it .
