What a waste of tri tip :(

Before I went on vacation I cooked up a tri tip figuring I could use it for sandwiches and a few dinners. Anything left over could get foodsavered and frozen. Reality intervened and it didn't get eaten and I forgot to freeze it. By the time it came back it was only fit for my neighbors.
