Chicago Brisket Chili for BobbyG's Restaurant

I made this Chili for the Eggfest and it was a hit. I had used the Giardiniera from BobbyG's Chicago restaurant in Milton, GA. and also took Bob some chili from the eggfest, he said it was the best chili he had ever had. So for Halloween he asked me to make that Chili for the restaurant as he wanted to have a Halloween special. I smoke the brisket on the egg yesterday and made the chili on the egg in my dutch oven today, I ended up with 3 dutch ovens full of chili.
