Beef n "frozen" wangs

Sorry minimal pics, but the natives were restless. FYI pulled beef with pepperocini is awesome. Did a recipe from somebody on here. Sorry cant give credit but pour those and beer into dish on the egg and things work out. Also tried frozen wings for first time. Actually pretty good. They took way long time but we use Costco wings usually and takes like three days to thaw. Anywho after three plus hours we used griffins parm garlic recipe and it was glorious. Will do again. Sorry this may be slightly incoherent as on iPad and after my beloved donkeys beat the redskins...

  • So did you cook the wings from frozen? What temp and about how long did you cook them?

I see a marketing opportunity for you.  Wang's wangs.  ;)

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • I did some pulled beef this weekend as well (don't have any pictures so it might not have actually happened).  I had a 3 pound chuck rust.  I coated it with the last little bit of a bottle of dizzy dust course then a good bit of swamp venom.  It sat at around 250 for about 4 hours then about 2 in foil with a little beef broth.  It turned it out pretty tasty.  I have some tacos for lunch today.
